A little about me
Hello there! I’m Penelope. Let me introduce myself.
I have a BFA from the School of Design at Pratt Institute. I studied History of Art and
Fashion Design. I have three years experience at a SaaS Martech B2B firm. I have two decades
of experience working with customers and visitors (aka “users”) in retail and museum
settings. I have six years of experience in designing products for a museum shop.
I am a business-centric Digital Designer with a proven record of translating IRL customer journeys into interactive, revenue generating digital experiences for web and email. I leverage my two decades in retail and museums to shape customer journeys for ecommerce clients.
I find inspiration in interior design trends.
I am drawn to both the Aesthetic and Arts and Crafts Movements.
I currently reside in New York City. I live my life with a bit of whimsy.
I enjoy taking photography, reading in a park, exploring museums,
and spending time with my cat, Lord Grey, The Earl of Waffles.
Currently, I am reading
